Current and future students can learn about careers in digital music production, criminal justice, pharmacy technology and more
(Santa Ana, CA)—Santa Ana College (SAC) will host a Career Technical Education Fair to help current and future SAC students choose a major from the college’s Career and Technical Education program. The fair will be held Wednesday, March 25 from 4 p.m. to 7p.m. at Santa Ana College’s Library Quad located at 1530 W. 17th Street, Santa Ana. Admission and parking are free.
Hosted by SAC’s Career Development/Career Technical Education Student Success Center, the fair will offer SAC students and prospective students the opportunity to meet faculty, and to learn about earning a certificate or an Associate of Arts or Science degree. SAC ‘s Career and Technical Education programs include accounting, auto technology, biotechnology, business, human development, criminal justice, digital media, emergency medical technician (EMT), engineering, fashion design, occupational therapy assistant, speech language pathology assistant, music, nursing, paralegal, photography, TV/video, theatre arts, welding technology, and more. The certificate programs prepare students for careers as stage lighting technicians, pharmacy technicians, paralegals, firefighters, automotive service technicians and careers in digital music production, management, bookkeeping, and more. The fair will also feature virtual welding and free raffle prizes.
