Training provided by the Workplace Learning Resource Center and funded by the California Employment Training Panel (ETP) 

Introduction


The Workplace Learning Resource Center and California Manufacturing Technology Consulting (CMTC) have partnered together to provide state funded workforce training solutions in Orange County

This program helps manufacturers achieve increased performance and profitability through implementation projects and workforce training.  Training may include classroom training as well as practical, hands-on training provided at your worksite using actual work tasks that apply the training to your work environment.

What Programs Qualify for ETP?


ETP provides training funds to qualified businesses for programs, such as:

  • Quality Management Principles

  • Statistical Process Control (SPC)

  • Production Techniques

  • Computer Skills

  • Materials Resource Planning (MRP)

  • Customer Service Management Skills

  • Sales Techniques

  • Computer Numerical Control

  • Other approved topics
