With the recent decline in the economy, the Rancho Santiago Community College District has had to make many cost-cutting measures across the district but none as difficult as reducing or eliminating student programs and services. Funds raised from the Celebration of Leadership event will go towards supporting student programs/services reduced or eliminated due to budget reductions.
