Vice Chancellor, Human Resources

     Ms. Tracie Green was appointed Vice Chancellor of Human Resources for the Rancho Santiago Community College District (RSCCD) in June 2018.  Ms. Green functions as the district's chief human resources officer.

     Her responsibilities include all aspects of the district's human resources and employer-employee relations which includes labor negotiations, employee recruitment, selection and discipline, fringe benefit administration and risk management.  Ms. Green also serves as the district's Equal Employment Opportunity Officer, Title IX Coordinator and ADA/504 Coordinator and is responsible for the investigation, processing and response to complaints of discrimination and harassment.  In addition, she recommends and executes board policy and regulations of the district and provides leadership for district-wide professional development programs. 

     With 27 years of experience in public education, Ms. Green began her career as a secondary teacher and served for a time as a principal and graduate program instructor before entering the field of human resources.She assumed positions of increasing responsibility over the last 12 years gaining experience in all aspects of human resources.  Ms. Green most recently served as Director of Human Resources for Merced Community College District and served in similar positions at the Madera Unified School District, Delhi Unified School District and Madera County Office of Education.

     In addition to her duties and responsibilities with the district, Ms. Green is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Association of California Community College Administrators, Association of Chief Human Resource Officers/Equal Employment Opportunity Officers and AtIXa Association of Title IX Administrators.

     Ms. Green holds a Master of Arts in Education Administration and Supervision and Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from California State University, Fresno and an Associate Degree in Health Sciences from Fresno City College.
