RSCCD's Orange County Small Business Development Center Offers Amazon/E-Commerce Workshop, June 19

 

(Santa Ana, CA) -- Rancho Santiago Community College District’s Orange County Small Business Development Center (OC SBDC) is offering an Amazon/E-Commerce workshop on June 19. The “Going Global on Amazon: International Marketplace and More” workshop is open to the public.

Featuring Amazon and other cross-border, business-to-consumer experts, the workshop will cover such topics as:

    • How to Expand and Grow Cross-Border Sales
    • Global Fulfillment Strategy
    • Door-to-Door Delivery to Customers Worldwide
    • How to Deal with Multi-Channel Global Sales, B2C Direct and Distributors
    • Other International E-Commerce Platforms
    • Website Global Checkouts and Foreign Tax Compliance

Workshop speakers include:

“Cross-border online sales will reach $1 trillion by 2020, however, 74% of merchants are not prepared to service their top markets,” said OC SBDC’s International Trade Consultant Karen Scuncio. “Participants will gain valuable insights on how to tap into global markets via e-commerce and learn actionable growth-strategy takeaways.”

The event is June 19, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Garden Grove Community Meeting Center, 11300 Stanford Ave., Garden Grove, CA 92840.
