Santiago Canyon College Foundation Names Addison Adams as New Board Member

(Orange, CA)—The Santiago Canyon College (SCC) Foundation recently appointed Addison Adams, Esq., to its board of directors. The foundation, a registered non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, raises funds to support the college and its students through the leadership of a nine-member board of directors.

Adams, an Orange Park Acres resident, is an attorney who serves as outside general counsel for numerous companies, advising on such topics as corporate and securities law, labor issues, software development, distribution and licensing, intellectual property, real estate, bank lending and lines of credit, start-up and small business finance, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and sale transactions, and litigation/dispute resolution.

Adams’ clients are from such industries as software, entertainment, interactive entertainment, consumer products, manufacturing, logistics, technology, mobile apps and medical devices.

“We’re pleased to welcome Mr. Adams to the board,” stated Larry Cohn, president, SCC Foundation Board of Directors. “His legal expertise and experience advising boards of directors on a wide range of legal issues will serve the board well in its mission to support the college.”
