Child Development Services

Rancho Santiago Community College District operates seven child development centers to both serve the needs of students with childcare and train students seeking a career in Human Development.

Children always come first in our centers – before planned curriculum, before rules, and before adult convenience. Our goal is to work with your child's natural development and to support the emerging self within. We strongly believe that learning is all that happens to the child while she/he is at the center every moment of the day, and that it is generated from all people – staff, parents and other children.

Students' children between the ages of 6 months and five years are eligible to attend the the center of their choice. Fees are based on a sliding scale according to the parents' income. Students eligible for the CalWORKS program can receive child care services both on and off campus. Contact individual centers for hours of operation and information.
