​A Joint Statement on the Tentative Agreement Between the Faculty Association and the Rancho Santiago Community College District

On March 28, 2017, the Faculty Association (FARSCCD) and Rancho Santiago Community College District (RSCCD) reached a tentative agreement on both the 2015-16 and 2016-17 faculty contract. The agreement, which covers the nearly 1600 faculty members​ on two campuses, will be in effect through June 30, 2017.

A distinctive student learning experience is at the heart of the Rancho Santiago Community College District – an experience in which all faculty and staff of the District take pride and ownership. This new agreement allows the District and Faculty to move forward in a spirit of collegiality and both parties are pleased that a fair and reasonable settlement has been reached.

This tentative agreement requires ratification by FARSSCD's membership and approval by the Board of Trustees which we anticipate being completed by the end of April.
