The Climate Survey is administered by Liite Consulting Group (LCG), an external, equity-focused firm with no formal ties to RSCCD’s internal personnel or decision-making teams. Their sole role is to collect, analyze, and report data ethically and independently.
This separation ensures your responses are protected from internal influence or attribution.
Anonymity is Guaranteed
- No one at RSCCD will see your individual responses.
- Your name, email address, or identifying details are never attached to your responses.
- Data is collected using encrypted, secure systems and stored in compliance with national data privacy best practices.
Aggregate Reporting Only
- Data is analyzed and shared by themes, trends, and demographic categories (e.g., faculty, classified, management) not by individuals.
- Reports will only highlight findings where there is a sufficient number of responses to protect anonymity.
- Comments or quotes used in the final report will be de-identified and grouped by topic not by role or worksite.
As stewards of this data, Liite Consulting is responsible for safeguarding responses and protecting participants’ identities by carefully controlling any information that could potentially be used to identify individuals. IP addresses will not be collected or used to identify participants.
