Announcing our District-Wide Climate Survey for Employee Thriving
Welcome to the RSCCD Climate Survey page. At Rancho Santiago Community College District, we believe a thriving institution begins with a culture where every person feels valued, heard, and supported. From our classified professionals to our faculty and administrators, each of you helps make our district a place of learning, growth, and transformation.
We are launching the RSCCD Climate Survey to listen deeply and turn feedback into action. The purpose is clear, learn what is working, understand where support is needed, and strengthen belonging, recognition, communication, psychological safety, and career growth as we strive to be the number one community college district in California.
The Climate Survey is led by Liite Consulting Group, an independent firm. Liite manages the survey, collects and protects the data, and reports results to RSCCD only in summary form. Responses are anonymous. No individual response is shared with the district.
