As we continue our commitment to becoming the number one community college district in California, we know that authentic leadership starts with listening. That’s why we’ve launched this Climate Survey, a districtwide initiative to better understand your experiences, reflect on what we’re doing well, and identify opportunities to grow stronger together.

This effort is being led by RSCCD’s Human Resources Department, in partnership with Liite Consulting Group, an external equity-centered firm with deep experience in workplace culture, organizational healing, and employee engagement. Their team will ensure that your feedback is handled with confidentiality, sensitivity, and respect.
