What Participation Looks Like?
Your experience matters. The Climate Survey process is designed to make participation simple, confidential, and meaningful for every RSCCD employee.
Who Can Participate?
All RSCCD employees are invited, classified professionals, faculty, and administrators across every campus and district office.
How to Participate?
-
Complete the Climate Survey (November 12, 2025 to December 12, 2025)
Take about 10 to15 minutes to share your experience through quick, multiple-choice questions. You can complete it on a phone, tablet, or computer, from work or home. The survey focuses on key themes such as belonging, recognition, inclusion, psychological safety, communication, and career growth. -
Participate in a Focus Group (November 19, 2025 to December 10, 2025)
You will also have the opportunity to register for a confidential focus group led by Liite Consulting Group. These sessions create space for deeper conversation and context, a place where your voice and story can be heard directly. Focus groups are small, one-hour sessions held virtually and in person, offering employees the chance to share ideas, describe experiences, and help shape the district's next steps.
