
Why This Matters?
You’ll have two opportunities to participate:
- A confidential online survey that takes 10–15 minutes. Share your thoughts in our brief online Survey to reflect on your employee experience.
- A series of in-person and virtual focus groups where deeper conversations can be shared in confidentiality and community. Participate in our in-person or virtual focus groups for Classified Staff, Managers & Faculty.
This data will be collected during the months of November and December 2025. With your feedback, we will identify our strengths and areas for improvement. Your insights will directly influence decisions that make RSCCD a better place to work for you and your colleagues. With your feedback, LCG will make recommendations to enhance strategies that increase your collective sense of connection, inclusion, and belonging.
The Climate Survey is not a checkbox, a compliance task, or a one-time effort. It is a key step in a much larger commitment to:
- Listening deeply
- Reflecting honestly
- Acting responsibly
Your voice isn’t being collected to sit in a report. It’s being honored to guide action. The insights gathered through this process will:
- Shape our district’s professional development and leadership programs
- Inform new policies and organization improvements
- Influence how we recognize, retain, and invest in our people
- Provide tangible metrics to track progress over time
It’s about making visible the invisible: the daily realities, frustrations, hopes, and brilliance of the people who make this district run, all of our RSCCD employees.
