Mattering &Recognition: Do you feel seen, valued, and appreciated for the work you do? 

Belonging: Do you feel connected to your team, department, and district community? 

Career Growth: Are there opportunities for you to learn, develop, and advance? 

Inclusion: Are diverse voices respected and heard across all levels of the district?

Psychological Safety: Can you safely share ideas, concerns, or feedback without fear? 

Communication: Is information shared in a clear, timely, and transparent way? 

Why This Matters ​

We believe that creating a workplace rooted in belonging, trust, and safety begins with how we listen. But we can’t ask for honesty if we don’t ensure protection.
